Dolphin Watching

Dolphin Watching

Witnessing one of the most majestic creatures of the ocean is a dream come true for most people and Umhlanga Ocean Charters will make sure your dolphin watching experience is something you’ll never forget.

Operating out of Durban Harbour, our charters have been fulfilling dolphin watching dreams since 2016. Skippers Brad and Gideon have a vast amount of industry experience which allows them to share their in-depth knowledge of the ocean together with spotting these beautiful mammals. If it’s an all-round adventure you’re looking for then be sure to contact Umhlanga Ocean Charters to book it!

An hour long Dolphin Watching Tour allows you to relax and soak up the sun whilst spotting these giant-loving beauties along Durban’s coastline. A serene experience like no other with the added bonus of breath taking city skyline views and a healthy dose of fresh sea air, who could ask for more? Passionate about ensuring your dolphin watching experience is memorable, Umhlanga Ocean Charters will ensure every moment of your time spent with them is unforgettable. Of course, the dolphins will hopefully put on a fabulous show too!

Considered one of the most intelligent creatures of the ocean, dolphins have always been a joy to witness. Although they can often be spotted from land playing in the ocean waves, nothing compares to watching them firsthand in their natural environment. A close up experience of these majestic creatures will leave you in awe. Highly sociable, they probably love all the attention gained from their acrobatic displays! You can only imagine how spectacular it is to see them close up – wild and free.

With safety being a top priority on all our charters, you can be assured that Umhlanga Ocean Charters will do their utmost to ensure all their clients feel comfortable whilst out at sea.
